The CBN Company was founded by Agus M. Soedarsa in 2000. He has over 32 years extensive experience in supporting geothermal industry and its development. CBN has numbers of multi-discipline engineers and specialist that is supported by experts and professional who have various experiences and broad knowledge in geothermal exploration and development projects.
CBN have long and extensive experience provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), Consultants and Project Management Services, specialty in geothermal exploration and development projects, infrastructures, well testing, resource assessment, steam field development, steam gathering systems, drilling site preparation, landslide restorations, geothermal surface hazards assessment and mapping, earthworks (cuts / fills and slopes stability) drilling supports (civil and piping), electrical and instrument control systems and general construction.

He obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Victoria University of Technology, and Diploma in Municipal Engineering from Footscray Institute of Technology, Victoria Australia. Furthermore, He attended over 80 technical and project management training. In addition to his current position, he is a Senior E&C Project Advisor (Geothermal Facilities) to support project operation.

Director of Business and Commerce
He has over 20 years to support our business operation, including finances, business development, new business ventures, Contractor Management Representative. He received his Degree in Economic and Accounting from Gunadarma University, Jakarta Indonesia. Furthermore, he attended over 40 technical, business and project management trainings.
Ir. Alimin Ginting
Commissioner
He has over 36 years extensive experience in various industries, including geothermal, mining, etc. He spent over 30 years with Unocal and Chevron Geothermal as Geologist, Project Manager, and head of Policies Government Public Affairs. Alimin obtained his Degree in Applied Geology from Pajajaran University, Bandung and Post Graduate in Geothermal Resource Management from the Auckland University, New Zealand. Previously (year), he was Chairman of the Indonesia Nasional Geothermal Association (INAGA).

He is a Sr Project Operation Manager / Project Director of PT. Cipta Bangun Nusantara (CBN). He has 20 years extensive experience in engineering and construction industry, including 14 years in geothermal exploration and development projects with Unocal, Chevron, Sarulla and CBN. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, and Master Degree in Geothermal Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. Furthermore, He attended over 80 technical and project management training. Furthermore, he is certified POP, POM and POU issued by EBTKE
Dr. Ir. Suharwanto, PE
He is Sr. Civil / Infrastructure Engineer of PT. Cipta Bangun Nusantara (CBN) key personnel. He over has 28 years extensive experience in engineering and construction industry, including 18 years in geothermal exploration and development projects to support CBN in various geothermal fields. He obtained his Doctoral in Civil / Structure Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Furthermore, He attended over 60 technical and project management training in relating to geothermal. Furthermore, his specialty in drilling site preparation, including access roads, well pads, drilling water supply system, and utilities.
Doddy Samperuru
is Sr. Project & Operation Manager to support PT. Cipta Bangun Nusantara (CBN) project operation and well testing. He has over 20 year extensive experience in managing well testing operation in various oil and gas fields in Indonesia and abroad as well as in geothermal projects. Furthermore, he was involved in number of geothermal drilling site preparation projects, design and build well test facilities and carried out well test operation. In 1995, Doddy obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology.
