ISO 37001 of Anti Bribery Policies
On behalf of PT. Cipta Bangun Nusantara, I would like to thank you for all your effort to get through audit process and passed the ISO 37001 of Anti Bribery Policies. In addition, I urge all CBN staffs, management and site project management team to enforce and implement the Business Conduct and Ethics Codes (BC&EC) and CBN Values practices as well.

CBN will always continue to maintain its quality in any sector. Like the anti-bribery certification, CBN has also been awarded the ISO certification like the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and 45001:2018 (Health and Safety Management System).
The Company’s accreditation to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards allows it to be recognized as an independent body that can objectively verify quality management systems.
The Anti-Bribery Certification is a quality assurance program designed to ensure that CBN’s business operations are conducted consistently with CBN’s Anti-Bribery Policy. It requires all CBN employees and agents to certify that they have read and understood the policy, understand their responsibilities under it and will comply with it.
The certification process includes a training course tailored to the needs of CBN employees based on their positions within the organization. The training program covers topics such as the types of conduct prohibited by the policy; examples of misconduct; what constitutes a violation of law; internal controls; reporting procedures; and other related topics.
After completing the online training course, each employee must take an exam to measure their understanding of the materials covered. Once an employee has completed both portions of this process (training and exam), CBN will receive a certificate attesting to meeting these requirements.
“This is a certificate awarded to companies that meet the standards of a good and healthy company,” said Anissa, Manager of the QHSE Division of CBN (12/12/2022). According to Anissa Said, this award indicates that CBN is committed to transparency and accountability in managing and operating projects. “This is one of our commitments as a company that manages projects,” she said.
